Oscillation device for ultrasonic devices

Our universally configurable basket oscillation is a compact retrofit solution that automatically moves the cleaning basket up and down in your ultrasonic bath. This targeted movement enhances the effect of the ultrasound, improves rinsing and ensures uniform cleaning – even with complex geometries. The combination of ultrasound and basket oscillation reliably removes even the finest particles and safely rinses out dissolved dirt.

Movement makes the difference. Oscillation enables particularly efficient cleaning, as the liquid also reaches hard-to-reach areas such as holes, grooves and undercuts. The uniform movement ensures reproducible results and minimizes fluctuations in the cleaning result. At the same time, the system works gently, without aggressive currents or risk of damage to sensitive components – for safe, thorough and reliable cleaning
