Technical development & project management
Leading complex projects to success in a structured way

Complex components and assemblies are not created by chance. They are the result of sound planning, technical evaluation and clear project structures.

We support your projects from the initial feasibility analysis to the constructive design and series implementation – technically sound, economically well thought-out and with clear responsibilities.

Why customers involve us at an early stage

  • Decisions become resilient more quickly
  • Costs can be planned
  • Risks are recognized early
  • Serial capability is ensured

Initial technical assessment usually within 48 hours

Services at a glance

Create clarity early on Technical feasibility analysis

Soundly assess technical feasibility.

We analyze drawings, tolerances, materials and functional requirements in detail at an early stage of the project. Our technical feasibility assessment not only covers pure manufacturability, but also economic aspects, process risks and possible optimization potential.

Close cooperation between design, work preparation and production results in a reliable assessment of feasibility – including specific recommendations for action.

You will usually receive initial, well-founded feedback within 48 hours.

More than technical support

Consulting with operational implementation expertise.

  • Manufacturing experience from our own production
  • Realistic feasibility assessment
  • Technical depth instead of sales language
  • Clear communication & short decision-making processes

A holistic approach to development Production-oriented construction & design optimization

Develop integrated mechanical, electrical and software engineering.

We provide support in the production-oriented design of components and assemblies, check tolerance chains, material selection and interfaces and optimize designs with regard to process stability and cost-effectiveness. The aim is a robust solution that can be manufactured reproducibly and efficiently – from individual parts to complex assemblies.

Our in-house design department covers both mechanical and electrical design. This is supplemented by an internal software development department – from CNC/NC programming to our own host computer solutions.

The aim is a robust, production-oriented design – technically clean and economically well thought out.

Structure creates security Technical project management

Clear responsibility for complex projects.

We take on the technical coordination of individual parts and assemblies – with defined milestones, transparent communication and clear responsibilities.

Depending on the scope and complexity of the project, we install our own in-house project managers, who act as a central interface to the customer alongside the sales contact. They manage deadlines, resources, technical coordination and internal processes.

The project manager has overall responsibility for costs, quality and deadlines. This structured approach has proven particularly effective for large, multi-stage projects – with clear communication, short decision-making paths and transparent documentation.

From the prototype phase to series production, we keep an eye on deadlines, quality and technical requirements.

Remote problem solving

From the idea to a stable series Process and series development

Develop and scale manufacturing processes in a targeted manner.

We develop stable manufacturing processes with reproducible quality for sophisticated components. This includes fixture concepts, testing strategies, documentation structures and a coordinated process chain – from raw material to final inspection.

For each project, we examine individually whether series production is feasible with existing capacities or whether process adaptations and automation solutions make sense. In doing so, we take a holistic view of component requirements, quantities, cycle times and quality specifications.

Where necessary, we invest in new solutions together with our customers – such as automation systems on machine tools, the implementation of one-piece flow concepts in component assembly or targeted process optimization to increase output and stability. Our flexibility enables us to produce both small series and large quantities economically.

Implementing changes in a controlled manner Structured change management

Transparent control of technical adjustments.

Changes to the design, specification or process have a direct impact on quality, costs and deadlines. This is why we evaluate technical changes in a structured and comprehensible manner – including risk assessment, deadline evaluation and effects on existing processes.

Through close coordination between design, work preparation and production, we ensure that adaptations are implemented in a controlled manner and that series production capability and documentation are guaranteed at all times.

Structured implementation of technical changes – including assessment of costs, risks and delivery dates.
