Assembly of components
Structured processes for reliable results

Assembly services at WASSERMANN TECHNOLOGIE combine technical understanding, structured processes and the highest quality standards – from the first assembly to the production-ready solution.

We take over the assembly of modules and systems where technical complexity, time pressure or regulatory requirements tie up internal resources. Our assembly services are seamlessly integrated into production, testing and quality assurance – for smooth processes and reliable results.

Depending on the project phase and quantity, we realize project assemblies, near-series and series assemblies as well as clean room assemblies according to ISO standards. We do not think of assembly in isolation, but as part of a holistic value creation process – with clear responsibilities, defined documentation and transparent communication.

This results in scalable, reproducible assembly processes that are geared towards your requirements – technically sound, economically viable and future-proof.

Assembly expertise that combines mechanics, function and quality – from prototype to series production.

Our assembly expertise – from prototype to series production

Project assembly of modules Secure integration of complex systems

We take on the complete project assembly of your components – structured, on schedule and technically responsible.

In project assembly, we combine mechanical assembly, function integration and quality assurance into a coordinated overall process. Whether prototypes, pre-series or customer-specific special solutions: We assemble complex assemblies reliably and with a clear view of function, interfaces and subsequent series production capability.

In addition to mechanical assembly, we also take care of the electrical integration of the assemblies – including structured cabling, soldering work and defined test and function tests.

Our assembly teams work closely with production, metrology and quality assurance. This enables us to detect deviations at an early stage, ensure the functionality of individual components and guarantee reproducible overall quality – even with frequent changes or short development cycles.

Thanks to clear project structures, defined testing concepts and documented processes, we create transparency and planning reliability. You benefit from shorter lead times, less coordination effort and an assembly process that is not isolated, but an integral part of your project.

Your advantages in project assembly

  • Clear responsibility – a central point of contact from planning to handover
  • High flexibility – ideal for prototypes, individual items and complex assemblies
  • Technical safety – structured processes, documented steps, tested quality

Project assembly at WASSERMANN means: safely integrating complex systems – with technical control and maximum transparency.

Assembly of modules in series Stable processes for reproducible quality

In series assembly, we ensure consistent quality, efficient workflows and scalable processes – from the start of series production to ongoing production.

Series assembly at WASSERMANN TECHNOLOGIE is designed for repeat accuracy, process stability and cost-effectiveness. We assemble components in defined series structures and adapt our processes precisely to quantities, cycle times and quality requirements.

Electrical assembly is an integral part of our series processes and is designed for reproducible processes, tested quality and high quantities.

The collaboration typically begins in the project assembly or prototype phase. On this basis, we work with our customers to develop assembly concepts suitable for series production, which are gradually optimized and scaled up. As quantities increase, we transfer these concepts into structured series processes.

For high volumes, we implement a one-piece flow in which assemblies are assembled with cycle accuracy, optimized material flow and without unnecessary intermediate storage. This reduces throughput times, minimizes sources of error and creates maximum transparency regarding quality and process performance.

Standardized workstations, qualified employees and integrated testing concepts ensure consistently high product quality – even with long series production runs. Changes to components or processes are implemented in a controlled manner without jeopardizing series production capability.

From project assembly to one-piece flow – series assembly that grows with your quantities.

Clean room assembly of components Assembly processes under controlled conditions

In clean room assembly, we produce assemblies under strictly controlled environmental conditions – in compliance with standards, traceable and reliable.

Clean room assembly at WASSERMANN TECHNOLOGIE is designed for applications in which even the smallest particles, residues or deviations can have critical effects. We assemble components and systems in qualified cleanrooms in accordance with ISO 5, ISO 6 and ISO 7 – tailored to the component, process and industry requirements.

Our assembly processes are clearly structured, documented and validated. Trained personnel, defined workflows, approved equipment and controlled material and personnel airlocks ensure that cleanliness requirements are consistently met.

Cleanroom assembly is closely interlinked with our cleaning, testing and documentation expertise. Tests, functional checks and – if required – approvals are carried out directly in the cleanroom or in coordinated process steps. In this way, we avoid unnecessary interfaces and reduce risks along the entire value chain.

Whether individual components, series assembly in the cleanroom or preparatory processes for downstream applications – our cleanroom assembly creates the basis for reliable products in safety- and quality-critical industries.

Cleanroom assembly in accordance with ISO 5-7 – when cleanliness, process reliability and documentation are crucial.
