Our machining department combines state-of-the-art CNC technologies with decades of manufacturing experience. Precise workpieces are produced on eight highly automated turning and turning-milling centers – from delicate small parts to large components. Robot handling and smart production control ensure reproducible quality and economical processes.

In our milling shop, up to thirteen milling centers machine workpieces with maximum precision – in some cases in 5-axis machining and with fully automatic tool and pallet handling developed in-house. We manufacture components with dimensions of up to 5,000 × 3,000 mm with tolerances of 0.02 – 0.08 mm.

Seven sanding units for surface, cylindrical and curve sanding are available for the highest surface quality. With tolerances of up to 0.01 mm and a roughness depth Rz ≤ 0.8, we achieve results that maximize performance and service life even with demanding curve geometries.

Whether turning, milling or grinding – our automated machining is the basis for precision in every component.

High Purity – for every component size and requirement

For us, cleanliness is not a secondary process, but part of quality assurance. In our modern cleaning line, precision parts are cleaned reliably, reproducibly and in accordance with customer-specific requirements.
State-of-the-art ultrasonic technology, controlled ambient conditions and defined process parameters ensure that every component achieves the required level of cleanliness – reliably and documented.

For small parts, we rely on a fully automated wet-on-wet process that prevents drying and guarantees maximum cleanliness.
Components up to 610 × 428 × 282 mm and 50 kg in weight are gently dried using compressed air or vacuum hot air.

Our large-scale cleaning system extends the range to components with dimensions of up to 3,500 × 2,000 × 2,000 mm and weights of up to 900 kg. In the new facility with stainless steel lining, nitrogen drying and ISO 7 test environment, we clean even massive assemblies under strictly controlled conditions.

Alignment – the invisible step towards perfection
When geometries deviate slightly due to material stresses, our experienced team ensures precise correction. With a steady hand and a wealth of experience, we bring guide rails, frames and racks to size – for maximum performance, smooth running and wear resistance, especially in high-speed applications.

Assembly – quality through qualification
We assemble mechanical and electromechanical assemblies on over 3,700 m² – flexibly, efficiently and scalably. Whether individual projects or series production in one-piece flow: our team consists of 100% skilled workers who know their trade.
With flexible project areas and optimized processes, we guarantee consistently high quality and clean processes – right through to assembly in the clean room.

Cleanroom assembly – cleanliness that makes the difference
In our ISO-classified cleanrooms (ISO 7 to ISO 5), we assemble components for high-tech sectors such as the semiconductor industry, aerospace and medical technology.
Multi-stage cleaning processes, controlled environmental conditions and precise packaging solutions – from double and triple packaging to vacuum processes and inert gas – ensure reproducible cleanliness right through to delivery.
From 2024, a laminar flow box ISO 6-5 will expand our range and enable assembly processes at the highest level of cleanliness.
