We have specialized in the industrial production of high-performance cams and are one of the few manufacturers in this demanding segment. We also develop and manufacture series of high-performance cams in consistently high quality. For recurring requirements, with WASSERMANN you have a partner who delivers outstanding precision every time.

From design to production

For many years, we have been mapping the entire process required to launch high-performance control cams: Design, layout, calculation, production and testing. Without this specific knowledge, our experience and the right equipment, the optimum movement and load profiles required by high-performance control cams would not be possible.

30 years of best cornering

We manufactured the first cams on our CNC machines in the early 1990s and shortly afterwards started our own in-house calculation and design. Since then, we have been a manufacturer and partner for the design of ground and hardened high-performance cams.

Many of our own products are based on control systems with cams or cam gears. Our tool changers and workpiece changers account for the largest share. We have produced thousands of them and our customer service hardly ever gets to see them. The changers simply run.
