Certified processes for
safety-critical functional components

Safety is our top priority. We use all our knowledge and skills to ensure that safety-critical components for aircraft and helicopters, i.e. non-serialized SK2 parts or SK3 parts, meet all manufacturing specifications. Our production is certified in accordance with EN 9100. The processes are subject to verifiable controls and each sub-process is implemented by our technicians exactly as it was defined in advance.

We are equipped for production and testing

In this way, we ensure quality for every small bushing and every large milled part that can withstand any inspection. WASSERMANN has the right manufacturing process for a wide range of safety-critical components and functional parts. We provide you with the entire process from the raw material to the finished part – including crack testing and coating.
