WASSERMANN develops and manufactures process-critical components and assemblies for you – or systems and precision components that can easily withstand temperatures between 150 °C and 500 °C. These are high-quality products that function reliably even in a vacuum and offer process-reliable quality right down to small parts such as O-rings.

We know how essential maximum uniformity is and why the smallest contamination such as fingerprints are a knock-out criterion. Our solutions for PVD-CVD systems work so well that we are the source for some customers – for example for ready-to-install cathode drives or critical systems.
