These drives have interfaces to the vacuum and are used, for example, in sputtering or sputter deposition (cathode sputtering) in the semiconductor technology, optoelectronics, optics, medical technology and other sectors.

High demands are placed on the cleanliness and tightness of the components, some of which run in a vacuum. Complex assemblies with many elaborate assembly steps require sophisticated and complete documentation. We produce large quantities with punctual delivery.

We manufacture the mechanical components, procure and handle the individual parts, assemble them into modules and carry out the necessary functional and leak tests.
