Component assembly in the clean room

Assembly in the clean room – precision and cleanliness to the highest standards

In sensitive sectors such as the semiconductor industry, aerospace, medical technology or high-tech manufacturing, absolute cleanliness is crucial.
Our cleanroom assembly provides the optimum conditions for assembling your components precisely, cleanly and reliably.

With a cleanroom area of 7 x 7 meters and an ISO class 6, we create the controlled environment that your products need. We can also handle large and heavy components weighing up to 1,000 kg under cleanroom conditions.

For particularly sensitive work steps, a laminar flow bench is also available, which achieves ISO class 5 under ideal conditions – perfect for the finest assembly and packaging processes.

With our combination of modern equipment, trained specialists and strict cleanliness processes, we ensure that your assemblies are assembled, tested and packaged under optimum conditions – for maximum quality and process reliability.

Why high-tech industries rely on WASSERMANN From machining to clean room assembly from a single source

Cleanliness that makes the difference

With our modern cleanroom environment and specially adapted cleaning processes, we ensure that your components and assemblies achieve exactly the level of cleanliness required for your area of application – whether in the semiconductor industry, aerospace, medical technology or other high-tech sectors.

Our multi-stage cleaning processes – from pre-cleaning to fine cleaning – ensure reproducible results and maximum surface cleanliness. We also assemble your assemblies in ISO-classified cleanrooms (ISO 7 to ISO 5) and combine precision craftsmanship with strictly controlled environmental conditions.

To ensure that the cleanliness achieved is maintained during storage and transportation, we develop individual packaging concepts – from double to triple packaging, vacuum processes or inert gas. Our range of services is rounded off by in-process quality controls: In-house tests such as black light and white light procedures as well as analyses in partner laboratories guarantee verifiable and documented purity.

This means you receive all services from a single source – from the initial cleaning to the ready-to-install assembly and safe delivery.

Cleanroom classes ISO 5, 6 and 7 what distinguishes the different classes

Cleanrooms play a key role in high-tech industries such as semiconductor technology, optoelectronics, medical technology and aerospace. The classification according to DIN EN ISO 14644, which specifies the permissible number of particles in the air, is crucial. The lower the number, the stricter the requirements.

In an ISO class 7 cleanroom, up to 352,000 particles per cubic meter of air larger than 0.5 micrometres are permitted – suitable for many industrial applications and the packaging of larger assemblies. ISO 6 reduces this figure significantly to a maximum of 35,200 particles and creates ideal conditions for sensitive assembly and precise production steps. The highest level used here is ISO 5, in which only 3,520 particles per cubic meter are permitted. This extremely clean environment is essential for the smallest components and high-purity applications.

This means we cover the entire spectrum – from robust to highly sensitive – and guarantee the right cleanroom environment for every requirement.
